Terms & Cancellation Policy

The plain version: we want you to feel confident booking. If life gets in the way, we'll work with you. These are the formal terms that apply when you reserve a tour with us.

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed when payment in full has been received via our PayPal checkout. Until payment is received, the date and time are reserved on a provisional basis only and may be released without notice. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Promotional pricing (such as the 15% off offer) applies only to bookings paid in full during the promotional period stated on the website. Once a booking is confirmed at a promotional rate, the price is locked.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

We understand plans change. Refunds are calculated by the amount of notice given before the scheduled tour date and time:

To cancel or request a reschedule, please email info@timelesstour.co.uk quoting your booking reference. Refunds are processed via the original payment method (PayPal) within 7 business days.

3. Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event we have to cancel a tour (for example due to a mechanical issue with the vehicle, a chauffeur becoming unavailable, or other operational reasons), you will be offered the choice of:

4. Force Majeure

Where a tour cannot proceed due to events outside reasonable control of either party (including but not limited to extreme weather, road closures, government restrictions, public-safety emergencies, or strikes), we will offer either a free reschedule (within 12 months) or a full refund. We are not liable for any consequential losses (transport to or from London, accommodation, etc.) in such circumstances.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made in writing by email. Where rescheduling is offered as an alternative to a refund, the new date must fall within 6 months of the original booking date unless otherwise agreed.

6. Tour Conduct

Capacity

The 1950s Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud I comfortably seats up to three passengers in addition to the chauffeur. We cannot accept additional passengers regardless of age.

Late arrival

We will wait at the agreed pickup location for up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled start time. After that, the tour may be shortened to fit the remaining time, or, in the case of severe delay, treated as a no-show. Where the tour is shortened due to late arrival, no partial refund is due.

Conduct on board

No smoking, vaping, or open food is permitted in the vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse service or end the tour early without refund if a passenger is intoxicated, behaves abusively toward the chauffeur, or causes damage to the vehicle.

Damage

Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger (including but not limited to staining, breakage, or soiling) is chargeable at cost of professional repair or restoration.

7. Route & Photo Stops

The tour route is shaped around your interests where reasonably possible, but is ultimately at the discretion of the chauffeur to ensure safety, traffic flow, and timing. Photo stops are permitted at the chauffeur's discretion and may not be possible at all locations due to traffic regulations.

8. Liability

The vehicle is fully insured for paying passengers. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the passenger. We accept no liability for items left behind in the vehicle, although we will make every effort to return any property found. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data you provide when booking (name, email, phone, pickup/drop-off, notes) is used solely to fulfil your booking and to communicate with you about your tour. We do not share your details with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information is handled directly by PayPal. We never see or store card details.

You may request a copy of, or the deletion of, the personal data we hold for you at any time by emailing info@timelesstour.co.uk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on this page on the date your booking was confirmed. Material changes will be communicated to existing bookings by email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
